IL-10 + IL-2 complete ELISpot kit includes pre-validated capture and detection antibodies for both targeted cytokines, together with streptavidin-alkaline phosphatase conjugate, anti-FITC HRP-conjugated monoclonal antibody, BSA, BCIP/NBT and AEC substrates, as well as blocking reagent. The kit is designed for sensitive, single-cell ELISpot detection of IL-10 + IL-2 secretion in PBMCs.
