## Descriere

An aptamer-based hot-start, high-fidelity recombinant DNA polymerase derived from Pyrococcus furiosus. The enzyme exhibits 5′–3′ polymerase and 3′–5′ exonuclease activities, delivering high sensitivity, specificity, and yield. Its optimized buffer chemistry supports robust and rapid amplification of long, complex, or inhibitor-rich DNA templates, with an error rate approximately 100-fold lower than standard Taq polymerase.
