## Descriere

A ready-to-use isothermal amplification mix containing Geobacillus stearothermophilus Bst DNA polymerase and a thermostable reverse transcriptase with RNase inhibitor. The mix enables rapid, inhibitor-tolerant amplification of RNA targets at a typical reaction temperature of 65 °C, with real-time fluorescence monitoring.
