## Descriere

A recombinant DNA polymerase expressed in Geobacillus stearothermophilus with strong strand displacement activity. The enzyme exhibits 5′–3′ polymerase activity and lacks 5′–3′ exonuclease activity, enabling rapid and robust isothermal nucleic acid amplification at a constant temperature, typically 65 °C.
