## Descriere

An aptamer-based hot-start recombinant Bst DNA polymerase from Geobacillus stearothermophilus, designed to minimize non-specific amplification at ambient temperatures. The enzyme is optimized for isothermal amplification methods such as LAMP and SIBA, offering high strand displacement activity, inhibitor tolerance, and optimal performance at 65 °C within a broad temperature range of 55–70 °C.
