## Descriere

A ready-to-use isothermal amplification mix containing recombinant Geobacillus stearothermophilus Bst DNA polymerase with high strand displacement activity. The formulation supports rapid, inhibitor-tolerant amplification at a constant temperature of approximately 65 °C and includes an intercalating dye for real-time monitoring.
