## Descriere

A unique combination of PCR products and a number of proprietary plasmids digested with appropriate restriction enzymes. Phenol extracted and equilibrated to 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 10 mM EDTA. Covers the size range 250-10,000 base pairs. Number of bands = 13. The 1,000 and 3,000 base pair bands have increased intensity to act as reference points. Contains Bromophenol Blue and Xylene Cyanol FF as tracking dyes.
